Hai, Welcome to my ROBOSHOP.

Robotics in INDIA is still at its infancy. But I am sure that some of us can certainly play a vital role to come out of this situation.

Dear friends, I feel that such an effort should focus the following three aspects.

1. Sharing of knowledge:

The gap between science fiction and science fact is closing.  With recent advances in robotic software and computer hardware, new levels of robotic intelligence are now available. For education, robotics offers an exciting, enjoyable means for students to learn and to apply useful transferable skills..  Robotics provides a multidisciplinary learning tool for fundamentals, such as mathematics, physics, and science

Our academicians should understand this fact and act accordingly to include robotic in syllabus right from secondary schools to higher studies.

2. A competitive environment for growth:

 We need more and more Robotic clubs, robotic contests, seminars and workshops to be organized and conducted to cultivate a competitive environment.

3. Sharing of Resources:

Knowledge base and raw materials are equally important for the development of a technology like robotics. One should practice and understand this science.

I do take up this as a challenge. Now in India, you can get anything and everything to learn and practice robotics though a company headed by me as we represent about 15 companies from different parts of the world.

Scope: 

There are a lot fields here that can seek the help from robots like 1.MEDICAL ROBOTS 2.MARINE ROBOTS 3.UNDERWATER ROBOTS (India has got one of the biggest coastline). Also recently Indian space research is undergoing a lot of development and this is another area where MOBILE ROBOTS (WHEELD ROBOTS and WALKING ROBOTS) can be made use.

In My Roboshop you can find some exciting guys like LIZARD 2000, CRAB 2000 and few wonderful toys and instruments. The aim of this site is to make creative interaction with people having interest in robotics and other related fields.
